The Scotch 'N Sirloin is a Central New York landmark. Established in 1967 in Syracuse and 1972 in Rochester "The Scotch" serves central New York the finest aged USDA steaks, fresh fish from Boston and specialty dishes available anywhere. Everything from appetizers through dessert is homemade and cooked to order. Our rustic setting, Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" winning wine list and professional courteous staff will round out your visit. If your plans do not include dinner, enjoy a cocktail by our large open-pit fireplace in our Coppertop Lounge.
