The Scotch's Midwest USDA Choice, aged in house steaks are hand-cut on the premises by our full-time butchers. All of our seafood is delivered daily from the Boston Seaport. The Scotch 'N Sirloin prepares all of its food daily from appetizers to desserts, and everything is cooked to order. Our full service bar features one of Upstate NY's largest selections of single malt scotches and small batch bourbons, a variety of specialty liquors, classic cocktails, and up to 18 wines by the glass which can all be enjoyed by our real wood burning fireplace. You'll love the professional service from our seasoned bar and dining room staff.
Enjoy cocktails, lighter fare, or both in our fireside lounge, also know as the S2 Bistro. The casual bistro menu offers soups, salads, panini, flatbread pizzas, pasta, and other small plates designed for sharing - or not. Our seasonal bistro menu changes twice a year.
